TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT (F/M/X)
Our technical customer support team ensures seamless assistance from deployment to remote troubleshooting, collaborating closely with engineers to fulfill customer SLAs and maintaining product quality through effective communication and problem-solving.
- You will support to optimize our products, develop new features and maintain our solutions
- You will work closely together with our lead architect as well as our support team to create the best customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Developers to ensure solutions are in line with the overall architecture
- Scope, estimate and prioritize work-packages
- Ensure the quality of the product is always maintained by testing and reviewing regularly
What we are looking for
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of customer communication
- Windows support knowledge gained through education or enthusiastic and ambitious personal use of PC/Windows technology
- Previous experience with support ticket systems and customer interaction/communication in an international environment is advantageous
- Ambitious career changers with IT knowledge are also welcome - knowledge is more important than traditional IT education for us
